1.   众所周知，中国拥有最大的铅资源，但是铅会给人们的健康带来很大的危害，尤其是儿童，如果血铅超标，儿童就会停止生长并生病。因此在2016年，中国环保总局对国内所有铅厂的环境问题和安全问题进行了严格检查，关闭了许多达不到标准的小型铅厂。目前铅材处于供不应求的状态，因此2016年铅价继续上涨。

2.   According to battery field rules and cost calculation, once lead price increased by every 500RMB/ton, the battery price has to increased by 2%. So, in order to attract more clients and avoid increasing price, some small battery factories used recycle lead, even add glasses in battery instead of lead plates to increase battery weight, these bad batteries will lead to big damage to clients’ market.
